All Stars Pre-K Learning Center, a ministry of Hope Church, is open year round and
accepting registration for preschool children ages 3 - 5. The Center offers age-appropriate
instruction in a loving, Christian context. The Center's telephone number is (410)

The Center's Staff:
The Learning Center’s Director is Linda Moler. Sonya Webb is lead teacher for the
pre-K. All staff are thoroughly screened according to Maryland state law.
Enrollment:
Our pre-K program begins after Labor Day and follows the Baltimore County Schools
schedule. You are welcome to enroll your children at any time. A few openings are
still available.
Pre-K Hours of Operation:
The doors open at 8:50 a.m. to drop off children, Monday through Friday, and all
children not enrolled in the Before/After School Care program must be picked up by
3:10 p.m. The instructional hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Before & After School Child Care:
We offer child care services from 6:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and from 3:15 p.m. to 6:00
p.m. We are also licensed to accept school-aged children for before and after school
care. A staff person meets children at the Middleborough Elementary School across
the street and escorts them to and from the center.
Volunteers:
Volunteers are not only welcome, they are needed. Volunteer staff may have to undergo
a background check, depending on their responsibilities. If you would like to volunteer
to work in the Learning Center, please call the learning center or send an email

Summer Program:
We offer a summer program for 3-5 year olds and K-grade 5, to begin the second Monday
after Baltimore County Public Schools close for the summer in June until the Friday
before the first day of school in the fall. The hours are 9 AM - 3 PM, with extended
care available before 9 am and after 3 pm. Extended care will begin at 6:30 AM and
be available through 6 PM.
Vacation Bible School (VBS):
During VBS week each summer, usually the week following the 4th of July holiday,
the children enrolled in the summer program participate in the VBS program.
